BlackMask Products is looking for a Videographer to join our team on a long-term basis. This is not a freelance project. You will be working closely with our founder and team on a consistent basis, which means the right personality and working style are just as important as your technical skills. We need someone who is genuinely easy to work with, communicates well, and is excited about being embedded in a growing brand.

What the role involves: Plan and execute high-quality product and brand shoots, including camera, lighting, and audio setup. Capture vlog-style video content during business trips and events. Collaborate with the team on creative direction and visual storytelling. Edit video content when needed, preferred but not required.

What we are looking for: Strong technical knowledge of professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio. Experience across both structured studio shoots and more flexible run-and-gun formats. Willingness to travel for business trips when needed. Someone who communicates well, works independently, and fits naturally into a close-knit team. A portfolio that demonstrates range across both polished and informal video content.

Nice to have: Video editing experience. Experience creating content for e-commerce or product brands. A personal portfolio or channel that shows your own creative work.

Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 per year, full-time
