What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be generating new business and helping prospective customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and uncover insurance needs.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based sales conversations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
