The Cashier plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and efficiently handling all cash and transaction processes within a small team environment. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this position requires accuracy, speed, and professionalism to ensure smooth operational flow at the point of sale without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Collaborate as part of a small cashier team (1-3 members)
• Report to and communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or cashiering roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in cash handling and POS systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective time management abilities
