DBA Bingltd, is a family-owned company specializing in solid wood products, including butcher block countertops. We are building a new and growing division and are looking for a motivated team member to support our customers, sales team, and daily operations.

Position Summary

The Sales & Customer Support Coordinator will support customer service, sales activities, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning new technology, and growing with a company.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and online messages.
• Support B2C customers and B2B accounts.
• Prepare quotes, product information, and sales documents.
• Update customer information and follow-up activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Research potential dealers, distributors, and wholesale customers.
• Help create product catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials using AI tools and Canva.
• Assist the sales and operations team with daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to research information online.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Customer service, sales support, or administrative experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, Shopify, or AI tools.
• Experience in wholesale, building materials, furniture, or home improvement industries.
