We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Auto Service Writer.

Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians. Provide estimates and explain recommended repairs. Schedule appointments and keep customers updated on repair progress. Process invoices and maintain accurate service records.
