BidFreq is seeking experienced independent contractors in the Augusta/Aiken market to handle single-family rental turnover (make-ready) projects and maintenance work orders on a subcontract basis. This opportunity is ideal for skilled handymen, maintenance professionals, or small crews looking for consistent project-based work.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors must operate independently and provide their own tools, transportation, labor, materials, and startup capital to begin work. BidFreq provides the work orders and project opportunities—we do not purchase materials or provide upfront funding. Payment terms are net 30 after project completion and final client approval.
