Senior RFP Manager

Location: New York, USA. Candidates must currently live in USA and can attend the New York office each week.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Are you a bid or proposal management pro who thrives on leading complex, high-value pursuits? We're hiring a Senior RFP Manager for a leading global insurance broker with a strong presence in New York.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end RFP process, from qualification and strategy through to submission and presentation, while managing capacity, governance, and a team of professionals you'll coach and develop.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading major RFPs and proposals from qualification through submission and presentation
• Developing pursuit plans and shaping differentiated win themes
• Coaching and mentoring junior RFP resources, running standups and gate reviews
• Owning governance, risk logs, and the RFP calendar
• Partnering with broking, analytics, design, and legal/compliance teams to hit key milestones
• Crafting and reviewing persuasive, client-centric content
• Driving adoption of best-practice tools, templates, and design standards

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in RFP, proposal, or bid management, ideally in insurance or professional services
• A track record leading complex, multi-product or multi-region RFPs
• Experience coaching or mentoring RFP/proposal professionals
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and persuasive writing skills
• Advanced PowerPoint/design skills a plus
