Essential Job Functions:

• Manage the prospect queue in CRM, fielding phone calls, emails, text messages, and chats from future BH residents.
• Route prospects and callers of other intent to the appropriate person/place/process if inquiry is outside of contact center scope.
• Complete assigned tasks in CRM for proper prospect nurturing
• Help refine community pages in CRM through communication with Contact Center leadership to ensure information documented is accurate

Minimum Skills/Qualifications

• 2 + years in a sales or leasing position, working with prospective residents to find their future home.

Work Schedule:

• The Contact Center is operational Monday-Saturday. Customer Relocation Specialists will have staggered shifts (mornings and afternoons) on weekdays with alternating weekend coverage.
