As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to transform lives through evidence-based practices. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team in St Louis, Missouri.

About the Role:

As a BCBA at Beyond Core Therapy, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting initial assessments and reassessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour
• Part-Time: Flexible caseloads 1-5+ clients based on the need and your availability
• Shifts: Choose the number of clients that works for you, with opportunities to grow your caseload over time
• Location: Hybrid, Missouri

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active Missouri LBA license
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
