Job Details:
Job Title: Case Manager Registered Nurse
Location: Randallstown, MD

Pay Range: 1669.79 - 1753.28
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Maryland or compact RN license required upon submission

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient cases within the Emergency Department at LBH - Northwest Hospital.
  • Review admission criteria and perform concurrent reviews.
  • Coordinate discharge planning for adult and geriatric patient populations.
  • Utilize Milliman Guidelines to support case management activities.
  • Maintain documentation using Cerner charting system.
