Job Description:

Busy production collision repair shop in Queens, New York is looking for an experienced collision estimator to handle our customer side and assist in writing estimates in CCC ONE/Mitchell.

This is a customer-facing role. You'll work with customers from the first handshake to the keys back. If you know CCC ONE and you're good with people, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

• Handle vehicle intake and meet customers face to face
• Help write estimates and supplements in CCC ONE (CCC1 / CCC)/Mitchell
• Walk customers through the repair process and keep them updated to delivery
• Work directly with insurance companies on claims
• Ensure supplements are completed prior to delivery

What we're looking for:

• Experience writing estimates in CCC ONE
• Knowledge of Mitchell a plus
• Solid understanding of collision repair, supplements, and insurance procedure
• Strong people skills
• Organized and reliable

Pay and details: Salary of $60,000 to $82,000 per year, based on experience.
