We are a rapidly growing organization focused on designing, developing, and manufacturing beverage insulators and drinkware to the promotional product industry. Best Promotions is looking to hire a dependable Production Operator who is resourceful and energetic and willing to work onsite. We offer a fun, fast-paced environment where at Best, We Say YES!
Essential Functions:

• Produce printed product on various manual machines
• Mix inks for appropriate color match, mounting the screen frames, positioning materials and printing customer images
• Count and inspect the quality of the finished product while adhering to production standards.
• Accurately reporting time and quantities completed and scrapped to insure accurate inventory.
• Provide alternative options, techniques and process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
• Support emergency rush orders by prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently while acting as a proactive collaborative team member.
• Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
• Solution provider with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability you work overtime hours as needed.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee us regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift or move office products and supplies, up to 45 pounds.
