We run multi-week, $100,000+ commercial sites, giving our crew members consistent, stable work on dedicated job sites—without the hassle of running site-to-site all day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardscaping & Water Features: Build retaining walls, lay pavers, perform site grading, and construct high-end custom water features.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate small site equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, etc.) on commercial job sites.
• Irrigation & Softscaping: Install, adjust, and maintain sprinkler systems, plant material, sod, and trees according to site specifications.
• Independent Site Work: Execute project tasks independently and efficiently when working unsupervised.
• Winter Operations: Transition to commercial snow removal operations during winter months.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in high-end landscaping, hardscaping, or commercial site construction preferred.
• Small equipment operating experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised, follow instructions, and maintain high standards of site safety.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal cell phone for site communication.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years (minor speeding ticket acceptable; no DUIs or at-fault accidents).
