On-Target Earnings: ~$42,000 (DOE) plus gracious bonus options (no cap on how much you can make)

We are seeking a driven and organized Insurance Account Executive who thrives in a relationship-focused high-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. Compensation
- Base Salary starting at $42,000
- On-Target Earnings: $48,000 – $100,000+ annually
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Support with quoting, binding, following through after the deal is closed
- Provide expert customer satisfaction
- Generate new business through networking, marketing, and community outreach
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with current client base
- Support the executive team in processing business opportunities
- Utilize telemarketing, social media, and marketing strategies to develop leads
- Maintain compliance with agency standards and insurance regulations
- Represent Bering & Associates professionally within the community
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred (insurance sales strongly preferred)
- American Family Insurance systems experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Insurance licensing preferred; licensing support available for qualified candidates
- Proven ability to generate and close leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Requirements Preferred
- Property & Casualty License preferred prior to start date (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with in-person client meetings and networking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Experience
- American Family Insurance operating systems
- Salesforce CRM
- Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain after hire
