Senior Software Engineer - Experimentation & Conversion Optimization (Remote)
Role
Build systems that track user behavior and run large-scale A/B / multivariate experiments to improve landing page conversion for high-volume traffic.
Responsibilities• Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)
• Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing)
• Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook
• Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results
• Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly

• Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking

• SQL + basic data analysis
