ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2016 and has grown into a high-performing team of five, with plans to expand to seven or eight in the near future. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and spent several years in leadership and sales before opening my own agency. That background has helped shape a team culture rooted in both performance and people.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ben Mayer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
