Experienced Commercial Tile Installer
Bonita Springs, FL
Let's be clear.
We're not looking for someone who just knows how to set tile.
We're looking for a true craftsman who takes pride in work that will still look exceptional 20 years from now.
If you consistently produce high-end commercial installations, solve problems in the field, and care about quality even when no one is watching, keep reading.
If you're looking to rush through jobs, cut corners, blame others, or think "close enough" is acceptable, this probably isn't the place for you.

What You'll Do
- Install commercial and luxury residential tile to the highest standards
- Read plans and layouts accurately
- Set porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, large-format tile, and specialty materials
- Maintain clean grout joints, layouts, transitions, and finishes
- Identify potential problems before they become costly mistakes
- Work safely while maintaining production without sacrificing quality
Required
- 5+ years installing commercial tile
- Ability to read plans and perform layouts
- Experience with large-format tile and premium finishes
- Own professional installation tools
- Dependable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Strongly Preferred
- Luxury residential or high-rise experience
- Schluter systems
- Mud work and waterproofing experience
- Experience with epoxy grout
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
