Bella Bra Shop is looking for an experienced, dependable, and personable Assistant Manager to join our team! We are a locally owned, size-inclusive lingerie boutique specializing in professional bra fittings and exceptional one-on-one customer service.

This position will work between both our North Dallas and McKinney locations, so reliable transportation and the ability to work at either store is required.

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who has previous assistant management, retail management, or leadership experience and is comfortable taking charge when needed while still being part of the team.

The right person should be:

• Dependable and punctual
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable working with customers
• Experienced in supervising and supporting a retail team
• Able to delegate tasks and keep the store running smoothly
• Comfortable addressing customer concerns professionally
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy retail environment
• Willing to learn our professional bra-fitting process
• Able to work at both our North Dallas and McKinney locations
• Available for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations
• Help lead and support our team of professional bra fitters
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled
• Delegate daily tasks and help keep the team organized
• Monitor customer flow and help manage wait times during busy periods
• Provide excellent customer service and professional bra fittings after completing training
• Help resolve customer questions or concerns
• Maintain store organization, merchandising, and presentation
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Communicate with the owner regarding store operations, staffing, and customer needs
• Help create a positive, supportive, and efficient work environment

Pay & Benefits
