Job Summary

Bell's Home Care Professionals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with Bell's Home Care Professionals, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of South Carolina

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care with attention to detail

  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
