Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide telehealth counseling services, managing sessions through various secure online platforms such as Zoom or similar software.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the quality of care provided.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling and telehealth methodologies.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a professional counselor is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing counseling services within a clinical setting, showcasing a solid background in therapeutic techniques.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is strongly preferred, alongside proficiency in utilizing technology for remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• A history of collaborative work with other healthcare providers or community organizations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
