Business Office Manager – Care Village West Roxbury and Care Village Mattapan Skilled Nursing Facilities

Location: West Roxbury, MA

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing facility team in West Roxbury, MA. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all business office operations to ensure accurate billing, efficient financial processes, and exceptional customer service for residents and families.

⭐ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, collections, A/R, A/P, and payroll coordination

• Manage resident financial files, insurance verifications, Medicaid/MassHealth applications, and census data

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting

• Serve as the primary resource for residents and families regarding financial questions

• Collaborate with nursing, admissions, and administration to maintain smooth operational workflows

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies

• Supervise and support business office staff as needed

⭐ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare business office required

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid/MassHealth, Managed Care, and other third-party payer reimbursement

• Proficiency with long-term care billing systems (e.g., PCC)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
