Beaming Bright Learning Center

Beaming Bright Learning Center is seeking dedicated Childcare Teachers who are passionate about fostering young children's growth and development. As part of a small team, you will work as an individual contributor managing classes ranging from less than 10 to 20 children across two locations. This role offers opportunities for on-the-job training and participation in workshops and seminars to support your professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of children
• Change diapers for infants and toddlers as needed
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and organize activities to encourage exploration and learning
• Prepare and organize mealtimes and snacks
• Support children in maintaining good hygiene habits
• Develop schedules ensuring balance of physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Observe and report signs of emotional or developmental concerns to parents or guardians
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, routines, and interests
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass criminal background and FBI fingerprint check
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a childcare center
