Responsibilities:

• RN Weekend Supervisor

• Oversee the weekend nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

• Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to promote quality care and patient satisfaction

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise

• Conduct rounds on patients to assess their needs and provide personalized care

• Serve as a role model, providing exceptional leadership and mentorship to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance

• Develop and manage budgets for patient care and staff resources

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma

• Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Ability to work weekends
