As a Guest Experience Liaison, you are the face of Beachview Rentals, delivering personalized service that exceeds our guests' expectations. You will anticipate and address guest needs throughout their journey from booking to checkout and beyond with a customer-first approach. Working collaboratively with our Operations team, you'll ensure seamless coordination to fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable experiences that exemplify our commitment to luxury service. This is an in-office position, not a remote position. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee guest check-in processes, including personalized pre-arrival correspondence and ensuring warm, professional greetings upon arrival
• Coordinate thoughtful arrival and departure communications via phone, email and text to enhance the guest journey
• Monitor daily check-ins and guest verifications and collaborate with Operations team to ensure accommodations are impeccably prepared prior to guest arrival
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly with care and attention to detail
• Skillfully manage emergencies, prioritizing issues and delegating appropriately to the appropriate teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between guests and Operations team, ensuring seamless follow-through on all guest requests 
• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs efficiently
• Share expert knowledge of local attractions, recommending local activities and premium dining experiences
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year previous work experience in guest relations and/or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of customer service principles and guest experience best practices
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal correspondence 
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Previous experience with Salesforce preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural sense of tact and courtesy
• Strong organizational abilities with capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Effective problem-solving skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of our properties and amenities
• Experience with property management software preferred
• General awareness of departmental responsibilities in property management and cross-functional workflows
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is a requirement

• Compensation range $21  - $23 per hour
