Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Tutor role based in Baltimore & Harford county, MD. The Tutor will provide individualized and small-group instruction, reinforcing key concepts in subjects such as math, reading, writing, and other core areas as needed. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, monitoring student progress, adjusting instructional approaches based on learner needs, and maintaining accurate records of sessions and outcomes. The Tutor will communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student performance, collaborate with other staff to support academic growth, and help create a positive, organized learning environment. The role also involves preparing materials, administering informal assessments, and ensuring that tutoring sessions align with relevant school curricula and academic standards.

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring learners in an academic setting is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Ability to work in Baltimore & Harford county, MD and maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
