The role sets strategy, leads a sales team, and drives relationships that turn first‑time buyers into lifelong members. The ideal candidate is growth‑oriented and ready to build a fast‑moving organization.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ticketing Sales Executives – setting high standards for activity, accountability, and client service.
- Grow the season ticket base through proactive outreach, retention campaigns, and member appreciation programming.
- Close premium and suite business with corporate clients through tailored proposals and strong relationship management.
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, partnerships, and game presentation to drive campaigns and deliver exceptional game‑day experiences.
- Report on pipeline health, renewal rates, and sales performance to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of ticket sales experience in professional or collegiate sports, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- 2‑3 years of managing a sales team.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar).
- Strong communication skills.
- A fan‑first service mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days.
The anticipated salary for this role starts at $110,000. Actual starting pay may vary based on experience, skills, and scope.
