Bartender:
- Being knowledgeable about our beers and hand-crafted cocktails
- Anticipating needs, processing guests’ orders, and taking payment in a hospitable and timely manner
- Crafting perfect beverages
- Making drinks for the entire restaurant as well as providing a full-service dining experience for guests dining at the bar and/or surrounding area
- Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Open to varied work schedules and hours, depending on the restaurant’s needs
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
- Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest in serving guests
- Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
- Accountable for directing the traffic flow of guests in the restaurant, all payment transactions, and the security of the cash drawer
- Records and analyzes cashflow which may include opening, running, and closing duties
- All other duties as assigned
- Must obtain Tulsa Food Handler Permit and Oklahoma Able Commission License
