About the Role

As a Bartender at All Jokes Aside, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving up delicious drinks to complement our premium nightlife experience. Whether it's a packed comedy show, a themed event, or a private booking, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and taken care of.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during events and busy nights.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of bartending experience—you know your way around a shaker and can handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for others.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask without missing a beat.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to the lively, ever-changing nature of our events.
