Banuelos Insurance Solutions is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll use your sales skills, product knowledge, and customer-focused approach to help individuals and families find insurance coverage that fits their unique needs.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Network and pursue new clients through a conscientious but persistent approach.
• Learn about each customer's unique needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist customers with policy updates, changes, renewals, and other service needs when needed.
• Address customer concerns and work to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Use a needs-based approach to help customers make informed insurance decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
