We are seeking a experienced Sales and Event Manager to help elevate our banquet venue and catering operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality, menu planning, and event service management.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients, book and detail events.
- Develop creative food & beverage concepts tailored to weddings, banquets and special events.
- Review and optimize current menus, pricing and presentation.
- Train and guide staff on service standards and best practices.
- Provide insight into vendor selection, cost control and guest experience improvements.
- Be aware of compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food & beverage consulting, banquet management and catering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift trays and extended times on feet.
