This store enables customers to truly experience Bang & Olufsen product portfolio.Your MissionAs our new Assistant Store Manager, you will be an integral part to the success of this store. As well as mentoring the sales team and enhancing their performance, you will be a motivating sales agent, demonstrating impeccable customer service and product knowledge - leading from the front and supporting the Store Manager.
More specifically, you will:
- Support the Store Manager daily and help lead by example
- Mentor & inspire the sales team, ensuring they are always performing on or above target whilst upholding high levels of customer service
- Welcome, demonstrate and sell Bang & Olufsen products daily, delivering impeccable customer service before, during and after the sale
- Compose and sell Bang & Olufsen and 3rd part products (Solution sales)
- Build rapport with key customers, working side-by-side with Brand Specialists to understand customers audio-visual interests and requirements
- Deliver impeccable customer service before, during and after the sale has taken place, creating a solid customer rapport
- Creating a positive and collaborative culture for the sales team to thrive
- Support the Store Manager in building an annual marketing and activation calendar, including building rapport with local partners and neighbouring stores. Act as an ambassador to the brand and represent the brand in and outside the store during key CRM events
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, activations, events and build the stores customer database with the help of our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Make sure that the store has impeccable presentation, global visual merchandising standard are followed, and the store is always a welcoming environment
- Stay up to date with all new products and product features, taking part in sales and product training, as well as deliver training to the team
- Support the coordination with internal and external stakeholders (installation team, market team, service providers, after sale service, customer service, etc.)
What you bring:We're seeking someone with sales and ideally 5 years management or similar, experience from a premium or luxury retail environment. A passion for music and audio products is also a great plus.
Furthermore, you:
- Are gregarious, able to adapt and connecting with people from all backgrounds.
- Have a desire to give great customer service, willingness to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded
- Possess great team spirit and a professional attitude
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Sales CRM
- Enjoy representing a high-end brand, high service level, and comfortable with smart dressing
- Have an interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and audio-visual product.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
- You must be able to work within the stores scheduled opening hours, including activations that can be outside normal opening hours and at times off site as well
- Clean criminal record and able to document the last 5 years where abouts
What we offerAs our new Assistant Store Manager, you will be joining our local team who consist of a broad array of commercial profiles, account managers and marketing. You will interact with the store manager, store team, local country team and a number of global functions in Head Office.

Compensation: $90-92K fixed annual salary + commission & benefits
