This is flexible gig-style work with varying schedules based on event needs. Many projects take place evenings and weekends, but schedules vary week to week. Responsibilities: • Assisting with event installations and breakdowns • Loading/unloading balloons, rentals, props, and materials • Heavy lifting and moving equipment • Working on ladders and fast-paced event setups • Maintaining organization and cleanliness during projects • Following timelines and team direction on-site Requirements: • Must have a reliable car • Must be punctual and responsive • Able to lift 50+ lbs • Comfortable with physical work and long setup days when needed • Event, warehouse, production, staging, or decor experience is a plus Ideal for someone looking for flexible supplemental income and hands-on creative production work.
