The Position:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to cultivate partnerships with Las Vegas movers and shakers as well as key crypto leaders and our fans across the world. You'll also be participating in all things marketing and brand awareness with our current marketing team. Each day will be different from the next and can include anything from social media to trade shows and B2B to B2C.

You’ll be working in person from our Las Vegas office while making connections and implementing marketing needs both in Las Vegas and around the world.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Finds and develops partnerships of all types that are beneficial to the company
• Manages all administrative duties and details associated with conferences and tradeshows including event planning, execution, and communication with conference organizers, vendors, our B2B business partners, and customers
• Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates various promotional activites, social media strategies, and other marketing-related campaigns
• Builds relationships with current and future external stakeholders and acts as a point of contact for the company
• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
• Develops and maintains a positive public image for the organization at all times

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both one-on-one and large group settings
• Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and the brand as a whole
• Strategic thinking and creative problem solving in order to execute plans and tasks at a high level
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid environment and pivot as needed to keep moving plans forward
• All Ballet Crypto, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

The Benefits:

• Salary range: $45k-$67.5k per year
