BALIN TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to lead the development of advanced AI solutions. The role focuses on utilizing GCP technologies and requires expertise in architecting systems that integrate autonomous agents and generative AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Agentic AI & Orchestration Frameworks
• Vertex AI & MLOps Lifecycle
• GCP Data Lakehouse Architecture
• Generative AI & RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience building multi-step workflows where an AI agent uses APIs (tools) to complete a task, rather than just generating text.
• Expert in the Vertex AI suite and demonstrate ability to productionize models.
• Experience with 'Model Drift' detection and automated retraining pipelines (MLOps).
• Deep understanding of how to store and process massive datasets that fuel AI.
• Experience unifying 'Data Lakes' (unstructured storage) with 'Data Warehouses' (structured SQL) into a single Lakehouse on GCP.
• Understanding of architecting solutions using LLMs like Gemini.
• Evidence of building RAG architectures where an LLM retrieves real-time data from a database to provide accurate, non-hallucinated answers.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business ROI and technical implementation.
• Experience presenting to CXOs, mentoring data engineering teams, and performing 'Vendor/Tool Evaluations' for GenAI.
Preferred:
• Experience with Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Experience with Vertex AI Pipelines, Model Registry, Feature Store, Model Monitoring, CI/CD for ML.
• Experience with BigQuery (specifically BigQuery ML and BigLake), Dataproc, Dataflow, Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
