We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail-orientated receptionist to join our team to provide safe, pleasant and optimal patient care. As the first point of contact with patients, it is important to ensure a welcoming, friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and route phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries expeditiously

Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments

Register patients and update demographics and insurance

Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Coordinate communication between patients and appropriate providers

Manage front desk workflow and patient check in and out processes

Manage incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, referrals and records requests each day through the info email and Dr. Chrono message system
