Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers and agents with policy servicing, billing inquiries, policy updates, and insurance-related questions.


Job Title: Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

 Location: Remote (United States)


Please note: Training for this position is self-paced and self-guided.


Required Qualifications:

  • Active resident Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  • Resident license must match your current state of residence.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer and system navigation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Important Requirements:

  • Candidates must currently reside in the United States.
  • No relocation within 90 days of the start date.
  • Candidates must live in the same state as their resident insurance license.
  • Life and Health license holders may be required to surrender their books of business and residuals.
  • Candidates should understand the six-month employment terms before accepting the position.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, and video calls.
  • Assist customers and agents with policy servicing and billing inquiries.
  • Process policy changes and update customer information accurately.
  • Explain insurance policies, coverage, and required documentation.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Stay informed about insurance rules, rates, and regulations across all 50 states.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and active listening during every interaction.
