Located in the scenic city of Riverside, California, Baker's Field Therapy Services operates from a state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot sports medicine facility, designed specifically for orthopedic physical therapy. Our clinic is renowned for its commitment to high standards of care, primarily serving patients with private medical insurance. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work alongside a team of passionate healthcare professionals, including two skilled physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to enriching patient lives through compassionate therapeutic services.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires an onsite presence in our rehabilitation facility, which is equipped with cutting-edge technology and a variety of rehabilitation tools. Our work schedule operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring our patients receive consistent and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify movement limitations and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific rehabilitation goals.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, allowing for focused and tailored therapy sessions that foster optimal outcomes.
  • Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to support recovery and functionality.
  • Implement and modify fitness and wellness programs that cater to the specific needs of each patient, promoting their independence and mobility.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Encourage patients throughout the rehabilitation process, providing motivation and support to help them achieve their mobility and performance goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members, such as physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless communication.
  • Consistently evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt plans as necessary to enhance recovery outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves clients who have orthopedic injuries or conditions, which may include post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. We are committed to improving our patients' mobility and restoring their quality of life through personalized care plans and hands-on treatment approaches. Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • An active Physical Therapist license in the state of California with no recorded board actions or disciplinary measures.
  • Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques and functional assessment skills.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise program design and implementation for diverse patient needs.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to streamline record-keeping and patient management.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in patient-centered care with a focus on rehabilitation and functional independence.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
