Role Description This part-time likely leading to full time Admin and Marketing role is a hybrid position based in Marina, CA, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining records, preparing documents, and supporting office operations. The role also involves assisting with customer service, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and communication. On the marketing side, the team member will help, update digital content, support social media activities, and assist with tracking marketing performance and basic finance-related reporting. The role requires regular collaboration with leadership to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a professional, timely manner.
  • Solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to support reporting, data tracking, and coordination of invoices or purchase orders.
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document management, and general office coordination.
  • Comfort with marketing-related tasks, such as supporting campaigns, managing simple digital content updates, and coordinating promotional efforts.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Booking travel, preparing for trade shows, packing, organizing.
  • Previous experience in food, manufacturing, or small business environments is beneficial; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
