Job Description

The Tech Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting technology and digital-service opportunities into verified recurring revenue for BagginsHQ.

This is a performance-driven commercial role suited to individuals who can identify prospects, understand customer needs, present appropriate BagginsHQ solutions, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into paying customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales, sales teams, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure prospects receive accurate information and progress efficiently through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for BagginsHQ's technology and digital solutions.
  
• Identify prospective customers through calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media, and other approved channels.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
  
• Present BagginsHQ products and services to prospective customers.
  
• Conduct consistent and structured follow-up with prospects.
  
• Register and accurately document leads and opportunities in Company systems.
  
• Work with technical teams where prospects require technical clarification, demonstrations, proposals, or implementation information.
  
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, demonstrations, and pending decisions.
  
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update opportunity status.
  
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and account-expansion opportunities.
  
• Support customer retention and recurring revenue growth.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, conversions, and verified recurring revenue.
  
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and relevant departments to improve conversion rates and commercial performance.
  
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
  
• Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and commercial effectiveness.
  

Probation & Performance Milestone

The TSE position begins with a 60-day performance-based probation period.

During probation:

• No fixed salary is paid.
  
• The Company provides a USD 60 monthly facilitation.
  
• The TSE earns 10% commission on every verified sale personally generated, with no earning cap.
  
• The primary probation milestone is to generate at least USD 1,000 in verified Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within the probation period.
  
• Performance is reviewed throughout probation.
  
• Candidates who demonstrate the required commercial performance may be considered for early confirmation without waiting for the full 60-day period.
  

Upon Successful Confirmation

Candidates who successfully meet the Company's probation and performance requirements may be confirmed into permanent employment.

Upon confirmation:

• USD 600 gross monthly salary
  
• USD 60 monthly facilitation
  
• 10% uncapped commission on every verified sale personally generated
  
• Total fixed monthly compensation: USD 660, excluding commission
  
• Additional benefits applicable to permanent employees
  
• Further salary progression based on sustained performance and commercial contribution
  

Following confirmation, the principal commercial target becomes USD 3,000 in verified MRR per month, together with the other performance expectations of the role.

The 10% commission continues after confirmation and is earned in addition to the applicable salary and facilitation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be assessed using measurable commercial indicators, including:

• Verified Monthly Recurring Revenue generated.
  
• Verified sales personally generated.
  
• Number and quality of qualified opportunities.
  
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
  
• Sales pipeline development.
  
• Customer retention and account growth.
  
• Upselling and cross-selling performance.
  
• Follow-up consistency.
  
• Accuracy and completeness of CRM/portal records.
  
• Collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
  
• Achievement of assigned monthly commercial targets.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong demonstrated ability in technology sales, SaaS, IT services, digital solutions, business development, or related commercial roles.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to understand customer problems and connect them with appropriate solutions.
  
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
• Comfortable working with measurable sales and revenue targets.
  
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  
• Comfortable using CRM, sales, communication, and productivity platforms.
  
• Ability to learn BagginsHQ products and services quickly.
  
• Strong commercial discipline, accountability, and ownership.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  
• Reliable computer/laptop, stable high-speed internet, and a professional remote-working environment.
  
• Willingness to work under the Company's 60-day performance-based probation structure.
  

Preferred Experience

Experience selling SaaS, software, websites, cloud solutions, digital services, IT solutions, cybersecurity, AI solutions, or other technology products will be an advantage.
