Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (water, drain, sewer, gas)
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Repair or replace fixtures, pipes, valves, water heaters, and appliances
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
• Complete job documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain one (as required by state/local regulations)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Experience with drain cleaning and sewer line repairs
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• HVAC or gas line experience a plus
• Carpentry experience a plus
