Brimela Routes Corp/ Delivery Box Truck Driver
We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, operating from the New York/New Jersey area. We are looking for smart, motivated, and hardworking professionals to fill in the Box Truck Driver position. Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages up to 50 lbs
- Drive a delivery truck from the warehouse to delivery locations
- Safely drive and operate the vehicle at all times.
- Work 2 or more days per week and up to 10 hours per day including breaks with shifts available 7 days a week
- Represent our company while delivering seasonal cheer within your community
- Follow strict safety standards on and off the road as per DOT standards
- When interacting with Amazon customers or the public must be professional and in a positive manner
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Use a smartphone device for routing information and to manage the delivery process
- Must be able to load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be a leader and work collaboratively with team helpers
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21+ years old
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
- Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery truck, GVWR 10,001 lbs. or more
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs
- Must consent to a drug screening
- Have a minimum of two years of Driving Experience
