Position Overview:

The Jurisdiction Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Indian Consulate and BLS International, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of service delivery.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consulate Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between the Indian Consulate and BLS International.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Management: Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue generation while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including legal, immigration, and data protection standards.
  • Team Management: Oversee performance and development of operational teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs and resolving concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement measures to uphold service standards and deliver exceptional client and stakeholder experiences.
  • Budget Management: Assist in planning and monitoring budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operations and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in consular or service-based industries
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (legal, immigration, data protection)
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and revenue growth
