• Lead and guide assembly staff, providing clear instructions and daily direction
• Set up and monitor the production line to maximize efficiency and minimize rework
• Build First Articles and coordinate with QA and Account Managers for approvals
• Train production workers and support the Operations Manager with performance evaluations
• Audit assembly kits and evaluate non-conforming materials during production
• Operate packaging equipment (tappers, L-sealers, shrink wrap, auto bagger, serial scanners, etc.)
• Maintain accurate data reporting and process discipline
• Promote quality, safety, and environmental awareness on the floor
• Plan and communicate staffing requirements to supervisors
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety procedures

• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of lead experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings, and BOMs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Bartender label print software and serial scanning systems is a plus
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 30 lbs. and stand for 7–8 hours per shift
• Strong communication skills — you can lead a team AND report up clearly
