Production Lead
Bilingual (Spanish/English) | Southwest Indianapolis, IN | $18.50/hr
Location: Southwest Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour | Weekly pay
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role
BESTAFF is hiring a Bilingual Production Lead in Southwest Indianapolis. This is a steady, full-time, Monday–Friday role with a great team — and a real opportunity to grow with a company that values strong leaders on the floor.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a team of production associates throughout the shift
  • Communicate clearly with team members in both English and Spanish
  • Train new associates on production processes, safety, and quality standards
  • Keep production lines moving and meet daily output goals
  • Monitor quality and address issues quickly before they become problems
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and team-first work environment
  • Partner with supervisors to report progress, challenges, and team needs
What You Bring
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English — able to comfortably train, instruct, and communicate with team members in both languages.
  • 3+ years of production lead experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership skills — you know how to motivate a team, set expectations, and lead by example.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic — you show up, on time, every day, and your team can count on you.
  • Safety-first mindset — you follow procedures and hold others accountable to the same standard.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for the full shift in a fast-paced production environment.
What We Offer
  • $18.50/hr starting pay
  • Weekly pay — every Friday
  • Steady Monday–Friday schedule with NO weekends
  • First shift hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
