Work Environment

• Schedule: Flexible hours between 8am - 5pm
• Work Model: Hybrid working arrangement (blend of remote, telehealth and in-person care)
• Patient Load: Low-volume practice (10-15 patients daily) allowing for thorough, unhurried care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Build genuine relationships with patients through attentive, unhurried appointments
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with our small, dedicated healthcare team
• Participate in occasional in-person team meetings and patient consultations

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico and relevant certifications
• Prescriptive authority in accordance with state regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to building lasting patient relationships
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
