Full-time and Part-time | $40,000-$60,000/ annually |

Why BBehavior?

BBehavior Autism Services is a new, growing ABA provider launching in Fall 2026. We are building the kind of company where RBTs feel supported, respected, and connected to the purpose behind their work.We are taking a more thoughtful approach to assigning clients and building care teams by considering location, availability, experience, strengths, and working styles—not simply filling open schedules. Our goal is to create stronger relationships among clients, families, RBTs, and BCBAs while reducing unnecessary travel and preventable burnout.

As an early member of BBehavior, you will have the opportunity to help shape our culture, share your ideas, and grow alongside the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Implement treatment and behavior-support plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect accurate data and complete session documentation on time.
  • Teach communication, social, daily-living, and other meaningful skills.
  • Support clients in reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and independence.
  • Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
  • Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Help create positive and engaging therapy experiences for every child.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting children with autism or developmental differences is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned service area.
  • Ability to follow clinical plans, collect data accurately, and accept constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication, reliability, patience, and professionalism.
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care.
  • Ability to pass all required background screenings.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay of $44,000-$60,000/ annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • Thoughtful client and care-team assignments.
  • Efforts to match cases close to your preferred service area.
  • Consistent BCBA support and clinical supervision.
  • Paid time off for eligible employees.
  • Highly Competitive Referral Program
  • Company-provided technology, uniforms, and therapy resources as applicable.
  • Ongoing training and professional-development opportunities.
  • A clear pathway for RBTs interested in becoming BCaBAs, BCBAs, or growing into other roles.
  • Opportunities for advancement as BBehavior expands.
  • A collaborative workplace where employee feedback is welcomed.
  • A leadership team committed to communication, quality care, and sustainable workloads.
