The Electrical Estimator/Project Manager will lead medium-sized teams of 6 to 15, or more, members, focusing on industrial, airport, and package handling projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Frequent travel between sites is required to monitor progress and address any challenges. The position reports directly to the Project Manager and also coordinates with the Operations Director.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Supervise and motivate project team members
• Manage and enforce safety protocols on-site
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor and control project budgets
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and management
• Identify and resolve project-related problems promptly
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2+ years experience in electrical estimation and/or project management
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Knowledge of electrical systems and project management
• Experience in budget management and safety protocols
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities
• Experience with quality assurance processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
