Job description

Position Overview:
B&T USA is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Administrator who will be responsible for assisting with the overall functioning and day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales department by performing numerous administrative tasks as needed to include but not limited to managing or updating customer account information, and general clerical & administrative responsibilities.
  • Receive and process sales orders via email or phone.
  • Review customer accounts for accuracy and maintains the most current information.
  • Maintain department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales, and customers.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, proposals, quotes, bids, vendor applications, purchase orders, and invoices as requested by sales representatives.
  • Copies, files, and retrieves materials for sales department as needed
  • Works as liaison with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.
  • Communicate with managers and other departments about relevant customer feedback.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all regulations concerning the sales department.
  • Communicate regularly with Vice President of Sales regarding problems or issues that impact sales department.

Required Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of sales orders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
  • Work performed in a combination of office and warehouse environments.

Job Type:
FT - Hourly
On-Site Monday to Friday.
