Axis Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to each of our customers. If you have great communication skills, and have a track record of providing great customer service, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible forย working withย customers one-on-one, resolving technical issues, completing sales transactions and providing detailed product knowledge.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers on a daily basis to drive customer success
- Process order updates and account changes
- Introduce customers to new product and service options that best meet their needs
- Provide tier I technical support or troubleshooting
- Upsell products
- Process sales transactions
- Maintain a working knowledge of current products
- Provide detailed information in response to customer inquiries
- Actively engage customers in conversations about current product offerings

Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary, excellent communication skills are required
- Must be effectively able to utilize customer success techniques to build rapport with customers
- Professional demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills
