As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Avir at Treemont, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and fostering a positive patient experience

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team and physicians

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program

  • Valid LVN license in the state of Texas

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a healthcare setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
