Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tree Care Professional to join our client's growing team serving residential communities, HOAs, and commercial properties throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in tree trimming, climbing, and equipment operation who are looking to build a long-term career with a stable and professional organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals
• Safely climb trees using proper harnessing and rigging techniques
• Operate equipment including bucket trucks, chainsaws, and chippers
• Assist with job site setup and cleanup
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality work
• Work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Work Details:

$22–$30+ per hour, based on experience

Additional pay for candidates with a valid, clean CDL license

Full-time, year-round employment

Opportunities for overtime and advancement (Crew Leader / Foreman)

Requirements:

• Experience in tree care, arborist work, or similar field
• Experience with tree climbing and/or bucket truck operation preferred
• Valid CDL license preferred (higher pay available)
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
